Incline shoulder press with dumbbells
Lie on your back on an incline bench holding dumbbells at your shoulders you’re your palms facing to your feet.
Lock your feet into the bench, if needed.
Keep your hips and shoulders on the bench and slightly arch your thoracic spine.
Press the weights straight up over your shoulders and fully straighten your elbows.
Then lower the weights back to the starting position and repeat.
