Increasing stride length with markers (step through) ('Gait training' Increasing stride length with markers - step through)

Stand up straight with some markers placed on the floor in front of you.
Ensure that they are far enough apart to allow taking big steps.
Step onto the first marker.
Step your other leg forward onto the next marker.
Continue in this fashion so that you are walking forwards taking large strides.
