Independent rolling with knee bent - practice turning to side

Lie on your back on a bed.
Bend the knee opposite to the way you are rolling, so your foot is flat on the bed.
Reach your arm across your body towards the side you are rolling, aim to hold onto the side of the bed or bed rail.
Push through your planted foot and pull through your arm at the same time and roll onto your side.
Return to the start position.
