Intrinsic foot muscle strengthening
Sit in a chair with a small ball on the ground in front of you.
Pinch the ball between your toes and pick the ball up.
While still holding the ball with your toes, straighten your knee.
Bend your knee back to the starting position and drop the ball.
Repeat.
