Isometric ankle inversion (Ankle inversion strengthening isometric (bilateral), sitting)

Sit up straight with both feet flat on the floor.
Have a small space between your feet.
Keeping your heels in the same position, slide the front of your feet together so that your big toes touch.
Press your toes in towards each other.
Hold this position.
Relax, and repeat.
