Isometric cervical extension muscle activation supine - beginner (Cervical extension activation - imagine, supine)

Lie on your back with your head resting on a pillow.
Look directly towards the ceiling.
Keeping your head still, move your eyes to look up towards your eyebrows whilst imagining pushing your head into the pillow.
Feel a gentle contraction of the muscles in the back of your neck.
Return your eyes to the centre and then repeat.
