Isometric finger DIP flexion (Finger DIP joint flexion strengthening isometric)
Start in a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up.
Place the fingers of your other hand firmly around the middle bone in the affected finger to stabilise this area.
Try to bend the finger at the end joint, resisting the movement with the thumb of your stabilising hand.
