Isometric elbow flexion supine (Elbow flexion biceps strengthening isometric, supine)
Lie on your back with a pillow under your upper arm.
Bend your elbow to 90 degrees.
Place your other hand on your forearm, just down from your wrist.
Try to bend your elbow, resisting the movement with your other arm.
Hold this position.
Required equipment: Pillow, Towel, Adjustable plinth/bed
