Isometric inner-range knee extension BA (Knee extension isometric, buoyancy assisted, leaning back, standing)

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart.
Interlock your fingers with your hands behind your back and your elbows straight.
Lift your hands away from your body as you look up towards the ceiling.
Allow your toes to lift from the floor and tense your thigh muscles.
Hold this position.
