Isometric finger MCP extension (Finger MCP joint extension strengthening isometric)

Start in a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up.
Place the fingers of your other hand firmly around the base of the affected finger to stabilise this area.
Try to straighten the finger at the knuckle, resisting the movement with the fingers of your stabilising hand.
