Isometric neck flexion on vibration plate

Stand upright on a vibration plate with feet hip width apart.
Place your thumb under your chin and press your chin against your thumb so your neck muscles tighten.
Your head and neck should not move while you do this.
Hold this position for the required amount of time and then relax.
