Isometric shoulder extension standing (Shoulder extension strengthening isometric, against table, standing)
Stand up all with your back against a wall or surface.
Place the palm of your weaker arm against the surface.
Keeping your shoulder still push your palm backwards into the wall to activate your shoulder muscles.
Hold this position before relaxing.
Avoid hunching your shoulder during the exercise.
Required equipment: Wall, Adjustable plinth/bed
