Isometric Shoulder External Rotation in Supine
Lie on your back, with your elbow bent to 90 degrees and hand pointing towards the ceiling. Upper arm is slightly away from your body and elbow is supported on a folded towel. Hold onto your wrist with the other hand.
Try to move your hand outwards while resisting the movement with your other hand. Hold for a moment and then relax.
