Isometric strengthening – combined wrist extension and ulnar deviation (ECU) (Wrist extension/ulnar deviation strengthening isometric, over edge, palm down)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge, palm facing down and fingers gently curled.
Place your opposite hand between your wrist and the knuckle of your little finger
Use your opposite hand to resist your wrist from simultaneously bending back towards the ceiling and in the direction of you little finger.
Try to hold this position without moving.
