Isometric thumb radial adduction (flexion) (Thumb radial adduction (flexion) strengthening isometric, palm down)

Sit upright in a chair with your forearm and palm flat on the table and your thumb extended out from your fingers.
Use your opposite hand to resist the thumb from moving towards your index finger.
Try to hold this position without moving.
