Isometric toe flexion (Toe flexion (all) strengthening isometric, in sitting; 01)
Sit up straight in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Press the bottoms of your toes into the floor.
Ensure the soles of your feet remain in contact with the floor.
Do not allow your feet to arch.
You should feel the muscles along the bottom of your foot tense.
Hold this position.
Relax, and repeat.
