Isometric wrist extension with forearm in neutral

Isometric wrist extension with forearm in neutral

Start by standing, with your arms by your sides and elbows at a right angle. Hold a towel roll with both hands. The hand to be practiced is lower and the wrist is in a neutral position.

With the upper hand, twist the towel outwards. With the lower hand resist movement and maintain the neutral position of the wrist.

Note. By bringing the upper hand closer to the hand being practiced, the torque that you need to resist increases.

Required equipment: Towel, No equipment
