Isometric wrist extension with weight (Wrist extension strengthening isometric, with dumbbell, over edge, palm down)

Start in a seated position with your forearm resting on a table and your palm facing down.
Lift your affected wrist up, keeping your forearm on the table.
Place a weight into this hand and hold this position.
Remove the weight before lowering your hand back down.
