Isometric wrist pronation (Forearm pronation strengthening isometric)

Start in a seated position, resting your affected forearm on a table with your thumb upmost.
Place your other hand around your wrist.
Try to turn your palm face down, resisting the movement with your other hand.
The movement must come from your forearm only.
Hold this position.
