High knee jogging on the spot (adaptive) (Cardio)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Jog on the spot, lifting alternate knees up.
Allow your arms to swing forward and backward by your side.
Start slowly, then gradually increase your pace.
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
