Jump and throw

Jump and throw

Stand straight with your knees and hips slightly bent.
Hold a medicine ball in both hands.
Activate your core muscles by pulling your belly button towards the spine.
When ready, jump up towards the ceiling by simultaneously extending your hips, knees and ankles.
While you reach the highest position, throw the medicine ball to the ground.
Softly land on the ground and repeat the movement.
