Jump rope skipping - double jumps
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold the skipping rope handles in each hand.
Start with the rope behind you.
Use the hands and wrists to swing the rope up and over your head.
When the rope is coming towards the front of the feet, jump over it.
Repeat this movement.
