Place 4 hurdles on the floor in a square and stand in the middle.
Jump up and over the first hurdle in front of you, then jump back to the middle.
Jump over a hurdle to one side, then back to the middle.
Jump over the hurdle behind you, then back to the middle.
Finally jump over the last hurdle on the other side, then back to the middle.
The aim is to spring quickly off the floor between each hurdle, minimising your time on the floor.
