Start in a standing position with your legs a medium pace apart and the kettlebell in front of you.
Lean forward and grasp the kettlebell with one hand.
Then extend your hips, knees, and ankles in an explosive manner upwards using the movement to raise the kettlebell up and outwards.
Use your arms to guide the kettlebell upwards to about eye level.
At the top of the movement swap hands, grabbing the kettlebell with the other hand.
Let the kettlebell descend between the legs whilst controlling the movement.
