Kettlebell bent over row ("Row, bent over" Core/scapular stabilization, with kettlebells (bilateral))
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend at the knees and hinge from the hips holding a kettlebell in each hand.
Ensure you maintain a straight back and pull your shoulders back to your buttocks.
Pull the kettlebells into the midline of your abdominals and then return to a straight arm position.
