Kettlebell push up to row ("Push up into row" Chest/shoulder strengthening, hands on kettlebell)

Adopt a plank position on top of two kettlebells placed directly beneath your shoulders.
Slowly lower your body until your upper arms are paralell to the ground.
Press into the kettlebells and return to the start position.
From the plank position pull one arm upwards towards the body holding the kettlebell in firm grip, lower and repeat on the opposite side. 

Ensure the kettlebell has enough surface area and mass to support your weight.
Move back down into the press up and continue on.
