Kettlebell Side Swing

Stand with legs apart.
Grip the kettlebell by the horns (thumbs inside the handle, fingers on the outside).
Swing the kettlebell to one side.
Keep midsection tight and hips straight.
Swing the kettlebell to the other side.
Hips face forward.
