Kettlebell single arm bent over row ("Row, bent over" Core/scapular stabilization, with kettlebell)
Hinge over at the waist holding a kettlebell in one hand whilst placing your other hand on a bench for support.
Keeping your back aligned, slide your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttocks.
Pull the kettlebell upwards towards the side of your rib cage.
Lower the weights back to the starting position.
