Kettlebell thruster (single arm)

Hold the kettlebell between the upper arm and forearm, elbow against the body pointing towards the floor.
Lower into the squat, keeping knees and feet pointing in the same direction.
Stand up, straightening your knees and hips, and press the kettlebell up overhead.
Repeat for required number of repetitions.
