Stand with feet slightly apart. The Kettlebell is between the upper arm and forearm.
Press the Kettlebell straight up, close to your body. Keep your upper arm close to your head and keep your eyes on the Kettlebell.
Keep your eyes on the Kettlebell, arm straight and close to your head throughout the movement. Move into a lunge position.
Take support from the floor with your free hand. Keep the Kettlebell in line with your body.
Lower into a sitting position.
Lie all the way down onto your back. The leg on the same side holding the Kettlebell stays bent.
Roll onto the side and sit upright taking support from the floor. Start to stand up.
Move into a lunge position.
Stand straight up. The Kettlebell stays on the straight arm, keep your eyes on the Kettlebell all the time.
Return to the starting position.
