Kettlebell waist halos ("Halo, waist" Core/shoulder girdle strengthening, with kettlebell, CW CCW)

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart holding a kettlebell in one hand.
Move the kettlebell to the midline of your body and transfer it to your other hand commencing a circling motion around your waist.
When your reach the middle of your back transfer the kettlebell across to your other hand and continue the rotating movement back around to your front, continue on ensuring the transfer movement is fluid and controlled.
Perform in one direction for the required number of repetitions then change direction and repeat.
