Kicking a ball - version 1

Stand up straight with a ball by your feet and your partner in front of you.
Kick the ball to your partner.
Try to stop the ball in front of you when they kick it back.
Then try to kick the ball with the other leg.
If no partner to kick the ball to, kick the ball, walk to where the ball ends up, and then repeat.
