Knee bend with support

Stand in front of a table with feet hip width apart.
Bend forward at the waist, placing your forearms on the table.
Keeping your arms on the table, bend both knees into a semi-squatting position.
Your hips should travel backwards and your knees should travel in line with your feet.
Do not allow your heels to lift off the ground.
Push through your buttock and thigh muscles as you return to standing and repeat.
