Knee end-range extension in long-sitting (adaptive) - without prosthesis
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Sit with your legs straight and a towel roll underneath the knee of your residual leg.
Keep the back of your knee against the towel roll and straighten your knee.
Hold the position for a moment and then relax.
Required equipment: Towel, No equipment, Mat
