Knee flexion with weight sitting (Knee flexion hamstring strengthening, with weight, sitting)

Sit up straight in a chair with a weight around the ankle of your affected leg.
Keeping your posture upright, bend your leg with the weight back beneath the chair.
Hold this position.
Control the movement as you lower the foot back to the floor and repeat.
