Kneeling half moons with ball (Trunk circles AROM, reaching with ball, side to side, half kneeling)

Kneel down, holding a ball in both hands.
Keeping the arms straight throughout, touch the ball down beside your knee, then reach up and over in a half-moon curve, to touch down beside the other knee.
Continue the movement back to the original side.
Make sure you keep your back straight during this exercise.
