Kneeling push up (wide) – Adaptive

Perform this exercise with your prosthetic on.
Start in a push-up position on your hands and knees, hands on the floor shoulder–width apart.
Cross your legs behind you.
Lower your chest towards the floor with your elbows wide, then push back up.
During the movement keep your shoulders down and your body in a straight line.
