Kneeling push up - hips bent
Start on your hands and knees.
If needed, you can use a mat or towel under your hands and knees for comfort.
You can also rest on your fists if that feels better for you.
Slowly bend your elbows and bring your face towards the mat.
Then straighten your elbows and return to the starting position and repeat.
