Kneeling push up on a Half Ball

Balance on your hands and knees, hands placed on a half ball (Bosu) with the flat side up. Shoulders directly above hands. Buttocks tight and body in a straight line.
Lower your chest towards the half ball, while maintaining the straight line of your body. Forearms should stay as upright as possible and upper arms near the trunk. Push back to the starting position. Repeat.
