Kneeling Thoracic Rotation with Bent Arm

Kneel on all fours with your elbows under your shoulder and forearms on the floor. Lift one elbow at a time out to the side maintaining a 90 degree angle at the elbow. At the same time turn your head to the side so that you look under the arm. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
