Stand up straight with an agility ladder laid on the floor in front of you.
Starting to one side of the ladder, jump both feet into the square beside you.
Jump forwards into the next square, then jump back out to the same side.
Jump back into the square you just came from, then jump forwards into the next.
Jump out to the same side.
Try to remain light on the balls of your feet, increasing the speed at which you perform the movement.
