Stand up straight with an agility ladder laid on the floor in front of you.
Starting at one end of the ladder, jump both feet into the 1st square.
Jump diagonally forwards to land outside of the ladder in line with the second square.
Jump diagonally forwards to land in the 3rd square.
Jump diagonally backwards again to land in line with the 4th square, outside of the ladder.
Repeat this sequence.
Try to remain light on the balls of your feet, increasing the speed at which you perform the movement.
