Stand up straight with an agility ladder laid on the floor length ways in front of you to your right.
Starting on the outside of the ladder, jump both feet into the square to your side.
Jump right, diagonally forwards to land outside of the ladder in line with the next square.
Jump left, diagonally forwards to land inside the next square.
Then jump left, diagonally backwards again to land on the outside of the previous square.
Repeat this sequence.
Try to remain light on the balls of your feet, increasing the speed at which you perform the movement.
