Landmine (180's Barbell Joystick)
Stand tall looking straight forward and feet flat on the floor. Hold one end of a barbell at one side close to the body. The other end of the barbell attached to a post landmine or supported against a corner.
Use your legs and trunk to accelerate the barbell around to the other side. Control the lowering phase with your legs.
