Lateral lunge on balance boards
Place two balance boards on the floor slightly wider then hip width apart.
Take a large stride to the side and turn both feet outwards.
Keeping your heels planted on the floor, lunge over to one side.
Notice how your knee tracks in front of your toe.
Come back to center and repeat.
Ensure to keep your abdominals tight through the movement.
