Lay some hurdles out evenly in a line with a stride size space between them.
The aim is to be light on your toes, keeping the balls of your feet only in contact with the floor.
Each foot will land between every hurdle.
Stand sideways to the line of hurdles and run over the hurdle, placing one foot then the other on the other side.
Pick your knees up high and spring your feet back up to run over the next hurdle.
When you reach the end, return to the starting position and repeat the movement, ensuring you face the other way to lead with the other leg.
