Latissimus dorsi stretch

Begin in a high kneeling position in front of a bench. Hold a stick or bar with your palms facing upward.
Rest your elbows on the bench, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Slowly move the stick toward the back of your head.
Gently lean your hips back, aiming to bring your buttocks toward your heels.
You should feel a stretch through your shoulders and upper back. Hold the stretch comfortably, keeping your shoulders aligned.
