Four-point kneeling. Place the knees under the hips and hands under the shoulders. Lift the lower back upwards to neutral position by gently contracting the deep muscles in front of the spine. Lengthen the spine.

Lift your leg to spine level, lengthen your leg through your hip joint and keeping the hip facing down.
