Legs elevated lumbar spine rotation (lateral shift) (Lower trunk rotation strengthening, legs 90/90, supine -lateral shift)
Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Lift your hips up a little and move them across to the unaffected side.
Lift one leg up until your hip and knee are at 90 degrees, then bring the other one up to join it.
Maintaining these angles at your hips and knees, rotate both legs across to your affected side as far as you can manage comfortably.
Return your legs to the upright position and then repeat.
