Lengthening along the centerline in supine - body awareness

Lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your side.
Lengthen along your centerline by gently pushing the top of your head towards the wall behind you.
Feel your jaw relaxing and the base of your neck lengthening.
Gently lengthen your arms away from your centerline.
Then release the lengthening of your spine and arms.
Feel your spine softening along your centerline.
Surrender the weight of your head, torso, arms and legs fully on the floor.
Allow your breath to flow freely.
Close your eyes and listen to centered stillness.
