Lift, carry, walk, and drop
Stand facing a weighted ball placed on the floor.
Bend to pick the ball up to chest height.
Hold the ball by your chest and take a few steps forwards.
Then lift the ball above your head and drop it behind your back.
Turn around, pick up the ball, and walk back to starting position.
Lift the ball above your head and drop it behind your back.
This sequence is one repetition.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Ball - large, Medicine ball
